We are a consulting firm founded in 1982 with a unique profile and a strong commitment to helping clients improve the performance of their businesses. Our core heritage is McKinsey & Company but our founders felt that there was a better model. From their line management experience they looked to combine the rigorous and focused analytics of the traditional consulting firms with the pragmatism and action orientation of senior executives.

This model has proven to be very robust. Since our founding, we have provided high-impact consulting to an international clientele of several hundred corporate and private equity companies in consumer products, healthcare and basic industries.

That's over 25 years of forging long-term relationships with clients across the globe.

Our key areas of focus are:
